E | 　　找不回来的行程　　山西乘客李明（化名）的遭遇尤为典型。他对《BUG》栏目表示，自己是航旅纵横长期plus会员，近日购买了今年9月6日—7日的厦门航空执飞的伦敦-厦门-运城机票，在航旅纵横上误删了后半段厦门-运城的行程，尝试手动重新添加行程失败，后台系统能检索到这条行程记录，但前端页面不展示，导致无法在线值机。　　他在黑猫投诉平台要求航旅纵横恢复这条行程，保障正常办理在线值机。航旅纵横客服在黑猫平台回复称，国际航班可以根据“航班号”的方式手动添加，但李明尝试无果。　　（乘客李明提供的行程恢复失败截图）　　《BUG》栏目就此询问了航旅纵横在线客服。关于如何恢复已删除行程的问题，客服回复称，“已删除的行程无法通过手动添加获取，可以前往我的页面-点击会员卡片，开通卓越版会员，进入会员主页，在权益中找到‘行程删除找回’，点击进入权益详情页，即可自助找回删除行程。”　　如果不是会员，能否恢复行程？航旅纵横智能助手回复称：根据现有规则，若不小心删除了行程，恢复方式需要开通返利版、领航版或启航版会员。

F | 如果目前不是会员，需要先开通上述任一版本的会员服务后，才能使用该功能恢复行程。　　李明是航旅纵横plus基础版会员，不在客服列出的几个版本范围内。在航旅纵横的会员体系中，plus基础版会员级别最低，年卡价格79元，更高级的是返利版、启航版，年卡价格分别为139元、299元。　　（航旅纵横各类会员权益对比）　　如果不继续升级会员，李明面临无法在航旅纵横值机的问题。他对《BUG》栏目表示，现在只能去航司官网或者去线下柜台值机了。　　即便如此，李明仍坚持不想升级会员，原因是“航旅纵横信息准确度和丰富程度都不如竞品，价格却很高”，“还在使用的唯一原因就是我的上百条飞行记录，想留作纪念。”他直指航旅纵横“吃相真难看”。　　（黑猫平台上的部分投诉）　　一位与李明有类似遭遇的消费者表示，行程数据属于个人信息，消费者有权对其进行管理和恢复，App不应将基础数据操作与付费会员捆绑。App在删除前虽有提示，但将恢复功能设置为付费会员专属权益，属于利用格式条款排除或限制消费者权利。　　北京刘亚博律师表示，《消费者权益保护法》第二十六条中明确经营者不得以格式条款作出排除或者限制消费者主要权利、加重消费者责任的不公平、不合理的规定，该类格式条款无效。　　刘亚博律师认为，平台把“后台恢复行程”设置为高级会员专属付费权益，格式条款存在较大法律瑕疵，涉嫌侵害公平交易权。对存量PLUS会员，未提前显著告知该限制，侵害知情权。用户误删后，后台明明保存该条数据，却人为设置技术壁垒，要求用户二次付费升级，否则不让这条属于用户本人的行程在自己账号正常展示，直接剥夺用户使用App核心基础功能的能力。

G | 个人信息仍然存储于平台，用户有权查阅本人的行程信息，平台不得设置不合理条件阻碍用户查阅自己的个人信息。　　行程添加恢复2元一条？　　事实上，除了误删除之外，还有一些用户的飞行记录可能会被系统隐藏。

H | 　　航旅纵横App的《历史行程空间说明》显示，历史进程空间容量包括基础历史行程容量、免费历史行程容量、付费历史行程容量。

I | 2023年2月8日24点，用户行程列表可见的有效历史行程条数，即为该用户的基准历史行程容量。2月8日之后的新认证用户，以认证当天自动提取的有效历史行程条数作为基础历史行程容量。在基础行程容量的基础上，每个用户可免费享受历史行程容量30条。如果超过，需要购买基础版会员获得历史行程容量，基础版会员可额外增加300条历史行程容量。　　该说明表示，历史行程空间容量是用户历史行程列表页面可展示的有效历史行程最大上限数。当历史行程空间容量达到上限后，每增加一条新历史行程，就会有一条最久远的历史行程无法展示。　　也就是说，2023年2月8日以后的行程，免费用户最多可以保留30条，超过这个数量必须购买会员才能看到全部行程。　　确实有很多用户，像李明一样，希望完整保存自己的历年飞行记录。已经有人做起了航旅纵横行程记录的生意。

J | 　　（闲鱼的部分行程记录服务链接）　　有人在闲鱼发帖承揽“航旅纵横未来过往数据添加恢复”业务，表示“航旅纵横行程添加恢复2元一条，过去行程找回和未来待出行都可以，目的地可自选，航线可自选，航班可自选，”而且不需要登录客户的航旅纵横账号，可以帮忙做好材料，客户自己添加上传，过程很简单，包售后，添加失败全额退款”。　　《BUG》栏目咨询了几个闲鱼卖家，有的卖家表示，主要做国际航班和一些比较早一点的国内航班，比如2012年—2022年的国内航班都可以操作，但未出行的误删的记录无法在航旅纵横恢复。　　还有卖家表示，即使没有出行，也可以定制航线，国家、城市都可以选择，实现足不出户，航线遍布各地，这些定制航线也可以在航旅纵横中查到。　　对于如何操作，有卖家对《BUG》栏目表示，如果成交，会根据用户具体要求提供一张图片，由用户自己导入个人航旅纵横账号，之后就会在行程记录和航线图上看到。但该卖家也表示，如果超过航旅纵横平台限制的30条记录的容量，要想看到所有行程，还需要自行购买会员。
